A new product launch can make or break a business. Too often, collaboration between functional area teams is lacking and leads to a failed launch. A study of 880 managers found that less than 50 percent of managers intentionally collaborated on strategy development with their colleagues in other areas. A whopping 65 percent admitted they had no idea what the other functional area strategies were within their own organization!
